So far, in the aftermath of this devastating flood, we’ve witnessed the true generosity of Calgarians and friends across the province who have been quick to lend a hand to friends, neighbours, and even strangers. If you’d like to help those affected by the flood, or if you’re in need of support, contact one of these organizations below.

Canadian Red Cross:

Make a monetary donation to help the Canadian Red Cross respond to the immediate needs of those who have been affected by the flooding. You can also sign up to be a short-term volunteer to help with the distribution of supplies to those in need; the Red Cross is looking for 25 distribution workers and 15 supervisors for June 28-30th.   • Highest Average & Median Sales Price Of Single-Family Homes
  • Highest Average & Median Sales Price Of Residential Properties
  • Highest # Of Luxury Homes (Over $1 Million) Sold

That basically means Calgary's real estate market is thriving, making it a great time to sell. Better still, it's also a great time to buy. Calgary's market is fairly balanced at the moment, which essentially means there's an equal interest for buyers and sellers, creating hot turnover rates and ample opportunity.
